Connecting a wallet lets this site read what you hold and lets you sign a mint, a build or a claim. All of it happens on Robinhood Chain, and the wallet is asked to switch there before it signs anything. The price, the count minted and whether the sale is open are read off the collection contract each time this page loads, so what stands here is what the chain says.

5,555 Towers Robinhood Chain

Own a building. Collect its rent every hour.

5,555 buildings on Robinhood Chain. $TOWN fees land in a payroll contract that nobody owns, and every hour anyone may call a round. The pot splits into four equal quarters, one for each district, and each quarter is shared across every floor standing there. A crowded district pays less per floor. An empty one pays more.

A round is skipped if less than the minimum is waiting, and the clock still advances, so the cadence never drifts. Rent belongs to the building and not to the wallet, so claim before you sell. The long version lives in the docs.

The collection

Twenty four pieces, straight out of the city.

Every building is one render on one plot, generated from its district, its tier, its material and its form. The band of colour at street level tells you which district it stands in. Pick any piece and the whole page moves into its district.

Tiers and weight

Weight is floors. Floors are the whole claim.

Five tiers, and every one of these is a real render standing at its true floor count. A building is born with floors and may buy the same number again by burning $TOWN, so nobody more than doubles. Every building earns from the moment it exists. There is no activation and no burn to start.

Total born weight across the city is 19,445 floors. Share of all rent is what a tier would take if every building stood at its birth floors and the city were spread evenly across the four districts. Commons carry a third of it because there are 3,333 of them.

Rent engine

Feel it once.

Drag a district and watch what one floor takes there. The quarter never changes size, so every floor that joins a district takes a slice of the same money. This is arithmetic you drive, not a forecast.

The sliders open on the floors each district is born holding, so Silicon Row pays the most per floor and Launch District the least. Move one slider and the balance changes.

Read it as a ratio. Each quarter is 25% of whatever has gathered since the last round, and every district carries 1,000 phantom floors from the contract, so the last floor left in an empty district cannot walk off with the whole quarter. A floor in a district holding 2,000 floors takes 0.0083% of the pot and a floor in a district holding 8,000 floors takes 0.0028%. The pot is fixed at 100,000 USDG here only so the figures stay readable. It is a dial you turn and nothing more. The real pot is whatever has gathered in the payroll at the moment somebody calls the round, and the real figure per floor falls out of the same division you are driving here.

Where every number on this page comes from

Two things here are live. The mint strip takes the price, the count minted and the sale state off the collection contract, and the four pool fees and pool depths are taken off the pools themselves. Everything else is a rule fixed in the contract, a count from the sealed trait table, or a number you moved with a slider, and the copy says which one it is at the point you read it. Every round a caller runs is written to the chain and lands on the rounds page, where it is a transaction you can open and read line by line. The collection address stands on the mint page. The sale opens on the contract and this page follows the contract, and the X account carries the announcement.
